About

I received a master’s degree in counseling psychology, with an emphasis in depth psychology, from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in young adult ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, emetophobia, and eating disorders. My clinical background includes experience as a substance abuse counselor at The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center for men, a reproductive rights counselor at Lovejoy Surgicenter, and as a psychotherapist at Mother & Child Education Center, a non-profit organization supporting new and expecting parents. Currently, I am in private practice providing individual psychotherapy to adults of all ages in the Portland area and statewide across Oregon.

Depth Psychology

Bringing the unconscious to consciousness, depth psychology—rooted in Jungian principles—is at the very foundation of modern psychology and remains deeply relevant today for all ages and a wide range of presenting issues. College students and young adults, in particular, are at the threshold of what Carl Jung termed the individuation process. Together, we will identify behavioral tendencies and patterns that are no longer serving you, clarify the specific changes you would like to make, and develop practical strategies for how to cope daily on your own.
